More fic for moi!

This is fun! I should TOTALLY have birthdays more often. :D (Even if I'm days late to collect my presents...)

wisteria_ wrote me a lovely gentle, intimate Kara/Lee ficlet.

And... so... this new S4 promo that's doing the rounds. How spoilery is it? Is it one of those things that's going to be totally everywhere and unavoidable anyway? *bites lip* I did end ( Read more... )

I'm skipping the new promo too! I figure the less I know, the better. Now that I've been catching up on various shows on DVD, I've really gotten used to knowing almost nothing about an episode before I watch it (since I don't see promos or interviews about the show beforehand) and so when I'm surprised I'd really surprised! So even though it's hard to avoid the chatter and pics and whatever else comes out before S4, I'm still doing my best. Though I'm bound to glimpse at a cute pic or two or Lee. :)

Yay! I have company! *high fives*

YES! Isn't it the best?! :D I love it. I think I'm addicted to it. I don't want to lose that.

Cute Lee is so very hard to avoid peeking at, but I've done it before, dammit. *is strong*

I saw this by accident (long story - well meaning friend )

It wasn't terribly spoilery - more confusing than anything -but I wish I hadn't seen it just the same. I just want to see the episodes as they come. I do tend to read interviews, though they tend not to be spoilery. Vague and teasing... yes. There has been so little from Jamie lately. I always look forward to his interviews / comments.

I have found myself becoming more and more (irrationally so) worried about Lee's character arc in season 4 and I don't need to add fuel to the fire.

Hey, I've been under the pump at work and not posting much as a result, but I loved your koala pics. You were so lucky to be so close. I have a really fond memory as a child of having a koala in my front yard - hanging off the gate- he was just beautiful.

Oh dear. Yes, I don't want to view and regret it. And I don't want to have material to worry about, you know? It's exhausting enough while the show's actually airing. And worrying now is kind of pointless as I won't know anything for sure until April... and yeah, I rise and fall in emotion in tune with Lee, so I really don't want to fret about it. :(

Wow, a koala in your yard?! How amazing!

Ohhhhh... welcome to the madness! *giggles* I love that show, but it's, er, super cheesy. Great fun once you get into it though. :) And it just gets better and better as the seasons go on. Also, Tom Welling is very pretty. And Michael who plays Lex is a show-stealer.

All of the footage comes from the first episode apparently, and possible from the first few minutes of the first episode. It's pretty obviously intended to amp up expectations and get people excited. I've not watched it myself yet... I'm not really sure why. I suspect it's because I've already seen lots of spec and debate on it, and would rather wait until I see the ep ( ... )

You are running sooooooo close to the knife's edge of spoiling me you know. I'm just saying. *nervous*

I was trying really hard to avoid spoilers and instead just trying to build on the obvious... I re-edited that comment about six times before posting. See, I'm trying to learn ;)

My main concern was really... well, the preview is generating comment, and some's good, and some's of the "Lee's an evil bastard" variety that always crops up. I'd just say mark the latter down as extreme opinion rather than observed fact, if that makes any sense? We've not got enough context to validate a definite opinion yet, and frankly his reactions seemed very on par for Lee, and by on par, I don't mean "validating opinions his constant need to crush poor vulnerable Kara into the dirt at every opportunity."
