Guh. I'm not usually a fan of that style of music, but the lyrics to Black and Gold... guh. Oh my heart.

You know what's a great Ted-is-dead song? The Scientist by Coldplay (here be lyrics).

Wasn't there also some musician who had a Ballad for Ted Kord or something, or am I crazy? It's possible it was another DC character, but I was pretty sure it was Ted. (I tried to google it just now, but all that was coming up was some guy named Ted Kord reviewing music on Amazon. You are not the Ted I was looking for!) Hmm. This is gonna bug me now.

Jim's Big Ego did The Ballad of Barry Allen which I adore. They also do a great song I associate with Ted called Stress (er, don't mind the cowboy bebop amv?) Unfortunately, no color references in the song ):

Actually, as tazzims reminded me, it's the Elegy for Ted Kord! No lyrics, just jazz.

Was that by any chance "Elegy for Ted Kord" by Kelly Fenton Jazz Orchestra?
Yeah, it's just a musical. No awesome Beetle-related lyrics. 8(

Gold Mine Gutted by Bright Eyes might work for some dead Ted angst.
