Summary: If there was anyone that could get Lily out of this mess, it was Veronica.

The original Friends Help You Move... drabble by Marcus Rowland :
She looks at the body again and winces. There's not much of his head left.
"He was trying to kill me," she says to herself. "Not like I had a choice."
The trouble is.... The trouble is why he was trying to kill her. If the police find out she'll probably end up in jail.
She can't think straight... can't even understand how she fought him off. Except that somewhere in the back of her head a voice still asks "Are you ready to be strong?"
Lilly picks up her cell phone and dials. Veronica will know what to do.
CHALLENGE: What happens next?
Veronica’s a fast talker, even if Lily can’t quite believe quite what she’s telling her. Then again she just almost punched a man’s head off…
So, quickly move the body to a darker, less sunlit area. Grab the toasting fork, make a couple of little puncture marks on his throat, call the police and start rehearsing her story. Luckily, Veronica has given her the magic phrase from her father’s files.

Two days later, as Deputy Lamb is announcing “gangs on PCP” to the press conference, she mouths “Thank you” to Veronica.
She can still feel Keith Mars’s eyes on her.
