My gift for the lovely, wonderful and talented katu , and for pixel_trade 's awesome new event going on -- ( The Person Below Me: Alien Edition )! The prompt that I received was "TPBM will make an adult male alien who really really fancies Billie Piper, and thinks he looks JUST like The Doctor! His friends don't think it's a perfect match, but they see the resemblence. Hair should be brown, but everything else is up to you!" . I really can't think of a prompt I would have rather gotten! Hopefully this is what you had in mind, though I angsted for ages about making this sim look like David Tennant.
Be warned. He honestly thinks he's The Doctor, despite some obvious differences ( the least being that he's green and The Doctor is kind of pinkish ).
