I went out and got me some foreign currency for my rapidly-approaching trip to London, and I bought me a real badger-hair brush on the way back. I'll let you know how it goes once my wounds heal enough for me to feel safe shaving again.
Then I met up with

Sounds like you had a wonderful time! Love to hear you and your friend enjoy oriental food, like me (I just ADORE it! Especially when prepared with peruvian ingredients: that's called "Chifa") but I don' recall having tried this Pho thing... perhaps I have, but with a different name.
For some reason SoaP isn't in the argentinean theaters yet so I have to wait a bit to enjoy it: people all around the net seem to think it's good and thus I wanna see if they're right (and it's called "Terror a Bordo" ("Terror on Board") in the spanish version. SO. LAME. Why didn't they call it "Serpientes en un avión"?! That would have been hilarious!). I can actually stand some gore but not if it's too extreme.

We did indeed have a wonderful time. (: Pho is Vietnamese soup; it's a big bowl of hot broth, with noodles and meat in it, as well as some spices and herbs and stuff. The meat is usually rare-done when it's put in, and the heat of the broth cooks it. Pho is (an anglicized bastardization of) the Vietnamese name for the soup. There's pho bo, which is with roast beef, and pho ga, which is with chicken.
I enjoyed SoaP. It wasn't good by typical definitions of good movies, but it was fun and enjoyable. Apparently there were people having lots of fun with it at the viewings. They hissed at the screen during the opening credits, shouted along with The Line, etc. Despite that, it's not done so well in the box office. Some of the gore is pretty sickening but it never lasts for too long, so I think you'll be okay to watch it.
