Also I don't seem to be able to fall asleep so since this point has been bothering me maybe I should clarify for the record! I was perhaps less than totally honest with you about the dative of disadvantage! In fact I guess you could approximate it as 'for [noun]'... i.e. blahblah will happen for you (to your implied either advantage or disadvantage) and translating it as 'to [your] disadvantage' is really just a lazy, clunky bit of translationese that I learned, which turns out to make for pretty funny English... But then I guess so does babelfish T______T

Scarily accurate Tarot readings for fictional characters are the norm around here. :-) Any time you want to geek out over the Tarot, drop me a line!

i am all for geeking out over the Tarot! I am still a bit new at it--I've been doing it for about a year on and off and I really enjoy it. :)

i seem to have misplaced my cards after taking them to NYC a few weeks ago, though, I hope they are still somewhere tucked away in my suitcase!

My deck disappeared on me for two years at one point. Just, poof. I was sure I had left it at a convention or something. Then one day I was working on a story and really wanted to use it and turned around to find it sitting right on a bookshelf in my office, where it belonged. Where I had looked for it a million times!
