  • Chincoteague and Assateague Islands are the fantasy vacation lands of my childhood. I have wanted to go there ever since I was a little girl (for the obvious reason that any girl who loves horses and books will know ♥) - and now, of all things unexpected, I live less than an hour away.

I think the people who use it most are online all day in one form or another and use something like http://www.tweetdeck.com/beta/.

You don't 'follow' all those people on your phone. You'd get nothing but texts all day. You only follow crucial ones if any.

oh! yay! I've been using Digsby, which loads twitter updates and email updates into its chat platform, and it was working really well, but Digsby uses so much memory that I've had to give in and switch over to a lighterweight chat client (hello Pidgin).

This looks like a much-needed alternative, so thanks. :D

Oh god I will never ever ever get over wanting a wild pony from Assateague island! If that is how you spell it. Oh the Misty books. I loved Misty's Twilight too!

    Misty!!

I read my copies of King of the Wind and Stormy until they basically fell apart. Those stories are amazing enough that if I ever have kids, we are going to read them together.
