askdjgh Aja how far have you read in Death Note? I'd be careful about reading fic if you're only on the tennis bit. This fandom is pretty casual with the spoilers, even big ones :\ (Unless you've been spoiled already, or like spoilers. It was just so odd to me, to be told so matter-of-factly what happens and in which chapter, as if everybody and their brother already knew. And then in any given light, silly smutfic to have it referenced, again without warnings :/ )
I love Death Note, and keep wishing I could write fic for it. I have this weird obsession with L's thumb. Also, my favorite thing about Death Note fic is that it almost always includes voyeurism, and usually in very funny ways. I approve, fandom.

i am not forcing myself! i want to watch it because I like the characters and I already know half the plot anyway and because all you people have been trying to get me to watch it for YEARS and so I can occasionally read and enjoy the fanfic without being lost and because the Shippuden seems awesome and I want to be able to follow it and SO YOU WILL STOP TELLING ME I HAVE NO HEARTSONG, YOU ASS. asdjfalsfk.

yesss, how can anyone miss the gaara/naruto when gaara goes through an entire arc going OH LOOK THAT LITTLE GRASS BLADE REMINDS ME OF NARUTO *PIIIINES*. gaara/naruto actually used to be the only way I tolerated naruto (the character). and then I went on a gaara/kimimaro (hottest pair everrrr) kick, but let's not get into that.
