I work in an online used bookstore - no brick and mortar at all. We got an email asking us about a particular offering we had. The woman wanted to know why we were selling a first edition Edward Gorey. Good thing I didn't have to write the reply.

1. Do you have to buy these books, or can I rent them? Uh, no. We are a book STORE, not a library.
