Excellent, and very comprehensive.

I wonder if this is something all booksellers do? At some point in the future when it won't look as if I'm jumping on your bandwagon, I'll post the one I wrote when I was working in the rare book trade.

Yes it is for I did one when I was a bookseller some moons ago. I'll have to dig through my older papers and see if I still have it written down somewhere. ^^

The flinging of coins/bills/credit cards onto the counter drives me mad. Whenever a customer does it I say nothing, but I pause a beat and stare at it in shock, the proceed to pick it up gingerly as though it were a dead rat they had tossed at me.

Bit by bit, I shall passive-aggressively make the world more polite!
