OK! This episode for some reason went by so short me. But throughout the whole show I was feeling sorry for JiHoo. I mean come on, he looked so freaking happy staring at the pictures of him and JanDi in their fake wedding photos. And then to have him pull out the ring his grandfather gave him. Which I totally believe he gave JiHoo the ring because knows of JiHoo's true feelings and the ring is sorta 'Give it to the girl you love/want to marry' type of symbol since it's afamily heirloom ( ... )

I was feeling sorry for JiHoo

i thought differently this episode. this one and the previous. these were the first two episodes that i actually didn't feel sorry for him. maybe it was cause we didn't get as many Jan Di/Ji Hoo moments as before, and we got more Joon Pyo/Jan Di that i believed that Ji Hoo didn't belong with Jan Di and that all he wanted was for her to be happy, whether it be with him or not. and that moment where he's staring at the photos of him and Jan Di and smiling, i took that as his gotten his resolve to see Jan Di happy and with who she loves.. and he knows it's not going to be him.

WooBin needs more story!

he is the one thing i wish was different. its frustrating that they've changed and added so much to the hanadan story, but still give this Akira a small role =@

It's like no matter what this drama is doing to my heart, I can't say "I didn't like this episode" or "I didn't like the change they made ( ... )

What do you mean by the fact that you didn't like what happened between Yi Jung and the girl? (Is it because she's dating his brother?)

i've honestly never taken a liking to Ee Jung's whole storyline. and with the added change of having Eun Jae hook up with his brother increase my displeasure with it. i don't know, having this kind of outcome makes the feelings they'd shared between them less pure (innocent) and seem more fickle to me. like she since she coudln't get Ee Jung, she settled for the closest thing to him. plus, i feel like she's not affected by at all by his sudden reappearance in her life. i don't/didn't expect her to be mopping around for things not working out between them, cause Sara (in the manga) never did that, but it seems like everything was already settled between them. it's like, their story's already over even before Eun Jae showed up in the series.

By the way, you mentioned Umi : I'm not prepared yet to go through another bad time! It can't be. There're 4 or 5 episodes left, it's too short...!i don't anyone ( ... )

I like this episode. it actually moved the plot forword. what frustrated me about the four episodes prior to episode 20 (I like that episode too) that there was no development to the main plot. it was slow, and because jandi was involved with the jihoo/gramps storyline, and jihoo was involved with the main storyline... it felt like she was with jihoo alot.

Not to metion how ridiculous the soeulmate story is. I mean she's angry at yijung at one minute but later becomes buddies with him again.

i liked the last two episodes myself, but its still no where hear my like of the earlier half of the series. but definitely much better. things were finally not stand-still. Ji Hoo and Jan Di were waaay too invovled in each other for my liking. even though there was still a lot of Ji Hoo/Jan Di in this episode than OTP, it didn't feel as unbarable cause those moments were all about Joon Pyo. well minus the wedding shoot... that was just mean.

lol, i try to refrain from expressing my displeasure for them, but really, the past few episodes have become unbelievable. though i kinda of understand Ga Eul's whiplash attitudes towards Ee Jung. she's getting mad at him for being a wimp, but since she likes him, she can't stay away. =S but the whole thing's annoying. i for one, in my minority group, hope they do not end up together.

Well, being a fan of HYD canon for almost 10 years now, I know I'm not supposed to love the Ji Hoo/Jan Di ship but omfg, those writers really know how to put it together! And KHJ as Ji Hoo... you can't hate him. They really wrote a great part for hiim as Jan Di's firefighter protector. And they really know how to neglect the OTP, but only sometimes! It's amazing. They can't even have continuity with themselves.

Jun Hee is still an awesome sister. looking out for her bro still. she's really been where Jun Pyo's been. she knows what he'll have to live with if he goes through with the wedding. and i bet, she knows that her brother won't be able to forget Jan Di. i like that she tells him that no matter what he decides she'll be there for him. but i bet even she knows he won't go through with it.It's true. What I really like about this portrayal of Jun Hee is that she's a great character and a great person who is like a wise, mature Jun Pyo-with-a-vajayjay. She knows though that JP's has that extra spark to stand up to Mama Kang ( ... )

Ee Jung's storyline is a big mess for me. i dislike a lot about the changes made to it. of recent, i'm really confussed with Eun Jae's place in the story. i don't know what her feelings are about him showing up again in her life. i've mentioned this in an ealier comment above, but it feels like she doesn't really have a purpose, cause she's already moved onto his brother (i also have a problem with this change). in the manga, they had lots of unsaid things to each other, and so her appearance there helped him to move on. here, i don't know what she's supposed to do for him =@ okay, i need to stop myself before i bable and rant.

and for Ji Hoo... i think the writers have a secret crush on Hyun Joong. he's definitely the best Rui. i can't hate him. but i CAN dislike how they've changed and emphasized his love for Jan Di. i did like him being in a love triangle. the triangle was just supposed to be Jae Kyung, Joon Pyo, Jan Di. adding Ji Hoo into the mix and giving us the idea that they may be more OTP than the OTP makes me very mad.

Yeah, that Ji Hoo thing is really crazy. It really makes it interesting to watch, but yeah, it totally blurs the line of OTPness :\ Even in the oneshot Vol 37, Rui's love for Makino was mad-wicked-obvious but he's not so outwardly declaring it with his actions nearly as badly. I'm still trying to figure out if it's a fault of the writers, or KHJ's acting, or a combination of a little of column A and a little of column B ( ... )

i was surprised at that lost volume, too. i think that that's where they're channeling Rui from in the kdrama. but even that in the manga was still out of place. it didn't seem like Rui to me.
