I think what I like about that sentence is trying to imagine a teenage girl getting back from an exciting date: her friends are all waiting for her, squealing, begging her for details; and all she says, in a smug monotone, is, "Golf 'n' Stuff was hardly descriptive of the range of activities."
I think that's how I'll describe all my dates from now on: "Grandview Theater was hardly descriptive of the range of activities." "The World Cafe was hardly descriptive of the range of activities." "Miller Park was hardly descriptive of the range of activities."
Also, the more I say this in my head, the dirtier it sounds.
