After some initial argument, and much bribery, the dancing lessons have begun well. Of course the Captain and Jayne must be persuaded daily, but they are progressing.

I invisioned much wheedling and gratuitous eyebatting.

And of course, our merc would prefer the horizontal sort of dancing, even if he is graceful.

Jayne is better at the horizontal dancing, but is probalby graceful there too.

I like how River calls Jayne the lion and Kaylee's cat is named Lion. Nice symmetry there, and it let's my little habit of putting my fingers in my ears and closing my eyes while chanting "Lalalalalalala..." feel that much less moonbrained.

Oh, lol! I loved her comment about the Shepherd's flock of one, as well. And all the Jaylee banter was great - I esp enjoyed the dancing giving him an uncomfortableness! XD And he goes where she goes... *happy shipper sigh* He's so sexy and graceful ;)

His last line cracked me up - "if youre gonna make it up to me I wont stop you".... classic Jayne.

River knows her crewmates very well *nods*. I loved Book calling her his flock of one, I use it whenever I can!
