Okay I loled at the very first words being, Dear Ma I shot me a pig. I have no idea why that was so hilarious; it just was XD

I love how Ellen got all excited about Jaylee and Jayne told her to calm down! lol. I can see him reading her letter and rolling his eyes. And he was guarding an old biddy! :D It's funny how his Ma collared him about using that term.

I'm loling at your lols. That line just typed itself and the rest followed - and I have no idea where it came from. Jayne's still a bit in denial here - maybe he's thinking its too good to be true. I love Ellen being so upfront with her disapproval.

I enjoy Ellen's practicality and spunk and just love how she puts that big boy of hers in his place.

And his feelings for Kaylee? Mamas always know such things.

I think it's hilarious that in at least one letter each posting she's telling Jayne to call Simon and River by their names, but he never does. *g*
