http://www.time.com/time/2005/100books/the_complete_list.html TIME magazine has a list of the 100 greatest novels. Anyone else get a chance to check it out? How many have you read? Anything they missed? :) Some of them, I whole heartedly agree with (Slaughterhouse-Five), others I can't imagine why they were included (The Crying of Lot 49), and some of my favorites are missing (not a lot of 'contemporary' novels listed. Personally, I would have included The 5 People You Meet in Heaven.) Still, I thought it was interesting, and I may print it out as a reading list for myself for the rest of the year. There are several I have never heard of on the list, and some that I read several years ago that I would like to revisit ( Are you There God...)
