In the interest of full disclosure, I have never seen Star Trek: TOS. I am a big fan of The Next Generation and Voyager, and tolerated a few seasons of Deep Space Nine. I LOVED was the constant joke about Kirk not being able to get Uhura's first name. In TOS canon, she never had a first name.

I watched an episode! It was "Trouble with Tribbles." I can't get over how different Klingons look in TOS versus TNG!! Crazy!

I have never seen an episode of the show but the movie looked really awesome and it was! It definitely lived up to my expectations. Way cool.
