If the only real chance for at least one of them to survive is separation, that's the route we go. It's the best out of a bunch of sucky options.

I would not have them separated if it wasn't medically required, but I would support them choosing to be separated as adults.

I would have an abortion if i found out I were carrying conjoined twins.

If an ultrasound didn't detect it and I had them anyway, I would separate them. That's no way to live.

Oh man. :(

I'd do it ASAP. I would probably not keep a pregnancy that was of conjoined twins, if I knew about it before birth.
