I've been reading about the whole controversy about that place in the news. And, you know, you MUST be closed... because I heard it on THE NEWS! *rollseyes*
If you're in an area that's zoned for that type of business, and you aren't near any residential areas, then the people who are opposed to it don't have a legal leg to stand on. Of course, that doesn't mean that they can't make enough problems for the owner(s) that they decide to close up shop, or that the local lawmakers can't change the zoning laws. But hopefully, you'll be able to weather all of that.
A gentleman's club IS a boobie bar. Same thing, just the owners of this one enforce far more rules for the customers than most local clubs-dress code, cover charge, all that jazz.

Annoying Customer: "Do you know who I am??"
Gate Employee (over PA system): "Ladies and Gentlemen here waiting on Southwest Flight 372 to Phoenix, I wonder if you could help me out a little bit. It seems we have a gentleman here at the gate counter WHO DOES NOT KNOW WHO HE IS."
True story? Who knows. I believe it.
After reading your stuff (and welcome back, BTW; we missed you), my goal is to be that guy in each posting to whom you give kudos. :-)
