Well, it's time to say goodbye to my faithful companion of five and a half years -- my old desktop computer. I'm cleaning up the system and defraging tonight, and tomorrow morning I'll haul all its heaviness down the stairs, into the car, and over to Doris's house. 5 1/2 years... That's about how old the compie I'm using is (It was actually "Donna" back at the church when the George's were still there and Donna was a secretary). It's gone berzerk (stupid spelling...) on me only once so far, back in January. Thankfully I had two systems installed so I could save a lot of my stuff, not all but a lot. It's been "thinking" rather loudly recently so I'm hoping to start backing up my stuff.
But anyway... Hopefully sometime in the next year I'll be getting a new laptop ^_^
