After work I had my adult English conversation class, which went swimmingly. It's so casual! I really enjoy that.

And after that was the division-wide welcome party for me and a trainee from China who arrived maybe a week later. We had dinner at a buffet and I watched my co-workers get increasingly drunk... and then it culminated in.... karaoke
