It is so hard to feed myself without rice or a rice cooker. ;__; I'm determined to do it, though, just to be able to save that extra space in my suitcase for things I want in Japan. Today I made yaki udon for dinner, and it was delicious ♪♪♪ I need to go to the supermarket again for tomorrow.

al;ksjdalksd oh dear I was just having this problem today while touring the Asian Groceries in Grand Rapids :\\\ It's the little things I took for granted while living with other Asians that I need now that I am alone - like buying a ricecooker for fifty bucks and then going back to school with extra baggage.

EGGTARTS. I LOVE THEM. I HOPE YOU FIND THEM ♥ I also bought frozen dumplings today! They make such a good meal *___*

I think I could live on frozen dumplings if I had to. I found a Vietnamese supermarket over the weekend (albeit in a different state) that had most things I needed BUT NO FROZEN DUMPLINGS!!! ;___; How is that possible.

Is Michigan bad, too? I've never had this difficult a time looking for essential Chinese goodies.

But rice cookers are so versatile! Not only can you cook rice, but you can steam things! I really want one *__*

;lsakjdl;sakj yes I could too! It's a balanced meal all by itself. Today I went to like four different Viet/Korean/Chinese groceries and they all had dumplings, so it's strange that yours don't D: I hope they turn up somewhere *___*

Michigan can't beat New York (I doubt anybody can). It's alright, just got to fork out more cash and stop converting currencies in my head, or I'd starve.

I know! But I'll end up having two in the house when I go back for the school term and alskdja;sld oh well. Yuss, steamed things are healthy and so good! *thinks of fish*
