I went to a movie alone for the first time today. It wasn't intentional, but I had a feeling I'd get canceled on and couldn't be bothered to reschedule.

Wednesdays are cheaper for women, and it wasn't so weird at all -- quite a few people were there on their own. The movie itself was quite frivolous and silly and violent. I've never understood
