Aug 24, 2011 22:50

I'm really sorry I'm a bit late on this (though I suppose for those of you in the US I'm not really that late, phew). Anyway, for Love Month I've written a fic. I love seeing a peek into Booth's thoughts before Brennan came to his room - it's so right that he recognises the need to let her make a choice to seek comfort.

I also like the link between his dream and the moment where he holds his gun on her as he wakes. Gorgeous.

And THANK you for participating in Love Month - you ROCK! ♥

Oh this is just a wonderful look into the time before Brennan goes to Booth seeking comfort. I'm so glad you actually posted it <3 I love how you captured not only Booth struggle with not going out to comfort Brennan but also he's nightmare and waking moments when Brennan does finally go to him, beautiful just simply beautiful.

I'm also going to shut up now as my brain is no longer in working order as it's after 1am where I am.

I think it is interesting (read: funny) that in one episode, Booth is shown faithfully putting his gun in the gunsafe just inside the front door. But in this episode, he has it beside his bed. Guess he was still worried about Broadsky.

Nice insight.

Ooh, I hadn't thought about that -- it is interesting, and very telling!

Thanks for reading and commenting. :)

Oh, I love this! Especially the line between nightmare and reality, and the last line.

Thank you! I'm so pleased you liked the last line -- it took me forever to word it properly.
