An Open Letter to My Subconscious

Dear Subconscious:

Is there some reason we're stuck on the theme song from The Patty Duke Show, which I am reasonably certain we've never watched? No? Then for God's sake STOP.

And what was up with that dream last night? The part where I was playing a hunchbacked Gavroche in an intriguing musical fusion of Les Mis and Oliver! was entertaining

Perhaps Gavroche and Voltaire can link hands with Rousseau and sing together while strolling through Dunedin, City of Fire.

Ever since reading this post, I keep trying to sing "Oliver!" and changing the title song to "Barricades!" I want to write the script to that dream. Neff has gotten it off to a lovely start. I smell collaboration. Whaddya say?
