A week or so ago, I took advatage of a cheap physical. Results: I am several flavors of healthy, but not so much the iron or protein flavors. I suddenly feel the need to filk that poem. I also feel the tangential desire to see what would happen if I mixed the powder with milk and poured it over cereal. Hypothesis: hijinks!

You should try Bolthouse Farms vanilla chai latte "perfectly protein". It's with the other pretentious juices in the produce section (such as that "pom" pomegranate juice, etc.). It's really REALLY good, and pretty much a protein shake, though expensive (4 bucks for a liter).

I need to write that one down and look for it after my escape to civilization. The Bainbridge Wal-Mart's idea of pretentious juice is two-flavor Kool-Aid.
