• Humanity originated in Tibet, where there also reside yetis and situationally cannibalistic goats.
  
• The Gobi desert is full of zombies.

where did you find this game? or is this one of your fevered hallucinations?

It's a SNES game that only saw an English-language release in Europe (Enix's North American branch closed right before it came out). The ROM's really easy to find online.

I do think I had a fevered hallucination kind of like it once, though.
