By my personal standards of holiday division, we have now officially passed from Thanksgiving to Christmas. This means it's time to dig my jingle socks out of the drawer, deck the halls to the best of my ability, and hum carols under my breath ad irritatum. It also means I should probably cut my NaNo characters a break and let them do something

The kyuuketsukihitsuji-ness of my avatar is entirely the fault of the AfroKen folks, who decided the senzo AfroKen needed to look less like a saber-tooth tiger than a cotton ball with fangs. But he still managed to look the best in a hastily sketched Santa cap, oddly enough.

If AfroKen wanted to release a line of classic horror movie monsters, I'd be all for it, as long as they promised to describe the beasties in Japanese instead of taking the katakana shortcut. I demand a Frankenstein's monster AfroKen with at least four kanji in his name!
