Knowing Facebook- probably your name more than anything you've said. They've been through some 'the name listed must be a real name and not something fake sounding' kick lately. I saw some grumblings on that not too long ago.
Though I've seen app friends complaining how someone got their account disabled because they'd kill someone so quickly in Vampire Wars and post the kill reward to their wall too fast, that FB considered them to be spamming.
Oh facebook, you so useless. Seems ridiculous to me - who is to say to them WHAT a real last name is? Especially when I've done the "confirm you're a real person with a credit card" inexplicable dance with them.
Lamesauce. Hope it gets sorted out, or if you don't want to fb anymore then I hope that they at least get back to you with the reason. The fact they deleted your account without so much as a peep is pretty arrogant.
I'd love for them to get back to me with a reason, and I agree on the massive arrogance. Their FAQs make them seem pretty power-tripped, I've got to say.
