Therapy day today, so I've totally already exceeded up vertical quota for today -- GOD OW!! -- but I so just had to quickly share some extreme lols

It sounds funny but the tennis ball method actually works! I do that sometimes when I get some sciatica pain from sitting in the car or airplane seat for too long. I also do a stretch that will also help alleviate the pain.
Wow, your shoulders must have reaaaaaally been that tense for the massage therapist to say that!
LOL! I know I totally did it at the therapist rooms so he could make sure I was doing it correctly and it DID feel similar to the kind of pressure he applies so I'm totally down with doing it. Its just HILARIOUS to relate to people XD
And lol they're still really bad. *cracks up* Gonna be needing some serious long term work done on them before they're even close to a 'normal' persons -- I'm going to be working with another therapist for that stuff who specialises more in that area to get the best out of it, as currently the fabulous guy I got to is more about the illiopsoas and the lower back etc and while he's working WONDERS with that and can help with neck pain he doesn't think he's well-enough equipped to get into the whole shoulder area and do anything there that will be lasting.
