Shoot! That is when my parents are staying with me and I've got my reading, but I will at least certainly be in the city. Can we have a meal or a stroll through the park or Chinatown at least?

Wow, I love that the world is cooperating so well with your thesis fears- a dumpster? Guilt songs? Awesome! Good think you have ice cream and vodka! I recommend alcoholic milkshakes :-) Guinness and Chocolate ice cream is an amazing combo, I bet you could have some fun with flavored vodkas, too!

I KNOW you can get it done, and that your thesis will rock! It may be hard to imagine finishing it all at the moment, but you know from experience that you'll be done in time :-)

Actually, a little libation might just be what I need to get the words flowing... I will remember the Guinness and chocolate ice cream combo. Thanks for the cheerleading, Ames! I miss you so much! I was thinking this morning about our epic email exchanges back in high school--I tried to print them out once, but I had over 800 on my computer just from junior year.
