1) Ahura-El of Eli, better known as Glimmer (In Nomine) - instead offers you a slug of genuine divine ambrosia from a still tucked away in the back of his studio in Eli's cathedral.
2) Brandon Watermore (Unknown Armies) - Johnnie Walker Red Label, straight, double.
3) Eddie MacFarlane (Deadlands) - Good sippin' bourbon.
4) Brand (Mouse Guard) - wants to try one of these 'pints'.
5) Randy Cahill (ViP) - One pint Type O
6) Beathan Lachlann (Ars Magica) - buy two glasses of water; they will both be returned as wine
7) Gul de Nogent (WFRP) - fine wine
8) Monty Sopwith-Holmes (Steampunk Ghostbusters) - a good cognac, ya. Cigar?

2) Brandon Watermore (Unknown Armies) - Paradise, Jack Diamond, Domino, Bjorn Sigurdson
3) Eddie MacFarlane (Deadlands) - Cassie, umm... Maybe Charlotte.
5) Randy Cahill (ViP) - The local punk community.
7) Gul de Nogent (WFRP) - his retired man-at-arms, probably the elven mage he met, and any Grail Knight.
9) Mula (Eclipse Phase) - Not sure. Not the party, but I don't know the universe well enough. Quite possibly her old gang.
10) Detective Darren Spears (GIA) - Himself, pure and simple.

Gul gets a well done on choosing the elven mage over Tancred. He clearly isn't as daft as he looks.

Less impressed with Eddie's choice. The worst pinkerton in the world and the kid?
