More loudtwitter meta

I never thought the loudtwitter posts were a problem. The cool kids were doing it, and I occasionally garnered comments off of them.  They were my lazy way to accomplish daily posting.  Sure, some people recently wrote rants about them, but I wasn’t on their friends list, so I wasn’t bothering them, AFAIWC.

But today I learned a problem with it on

Instead of deleting them, how about collecting them in weekly or monthly posts?

I am loathe of deleting content.

Too late! :) Of course, they continue to be archived at twitter.com/AZBobaloo so they're really just not on lj anymore.

Also, going through them I noticed there were a lot more pointless posts than I realized. Mainly I'm thinking of posts made up of replies to someone else, so there was no context provided.

That's my biggest problem with Tweets (which, to be fair still rates about a 1 on a ten scale for actual problems): it's like seeing only one side of a written correspondence. After the first or second frustration, my inclination is just to mentally filter out posts that are Tweet-only, since I clearly won't decipher them.
