We spent our last night with NUMBERS making poop jokes for hours on end.

I am (for the very first time in my life) HOMESICK
and also incredibly terrified of coming home.

To relieve anger and tension
(relax the liver, clear the eyes)

BREATHE IN SLOWLY SHUTTING YOUR EYES TIGHT
FOR 10-15 SECONDS

EXHALE SLOWLY OPENING YOUR EYES WIDE
WHILE MAKING THE "SHHH" SOUND WITH YOUR MOUTH

The action clears the eyes
MAKES THEM SPARKLING
while the "shh" calms the liver
(WHICH CREATES ANGER WHEN UPSET).

Try it I like it.
