Happy fucking Valentine's Day..
To all those who actually like this holiday and/or have that special Valentine to share it with, I wish you many good times and a harmonious rest of the year, I really do. :)
I hate Valentine's Day. Not for anything surprising or hidden, I just hate Valentine's Day, for 2 sole reasons (I'll spare you a long rant, on which I could run on for days on both...): 1) This is the third straight year that I don't have a "valentine". So on a day designated for love, I'm certainly not feeling any. 2) The sheer commercialization of the holiday just blows my mind. Capitalism has turned this day into nothing more than a gimmick to buy buy buy so the bigwhigs can pocket the money of the sheep who get suckered into it.
I think I'm going to spend a lot of the day in my room, listening to angry music and breaking things. Just consider it my way of observing the holiday...
