My birthday is coming up next month. Can't help but think about changes.

Thinking about things that worry or stress me out. Thinking about them that I don't get too worried or stressed out, but enough to consider them and then move on to the things that I like thinking about.

I'm still alive, I intend to get back into writing in this livejournal thing, even if it's only a few sentences at a time, especially run-on ones. woof.

My friend who drives a Jeep told me that there's a special wave/signal that he gives other Jeep drivers when he passes them on the street. I wish there was a similar signal that I could use when I pass by people wearing Sambas.

The same day that I wrote that last post about me being aligned with AA values, they sent out an email with a girl that was basically naked. Ok.

I feel like American Apparel has repositioned itself as a "College" brand, or maybe this is just something that I'm noticing more now that I'm out of school. Despite this, I feel good about the companies values, including the values that are probably not so great ( Read more... )

I'm so happy and positive right now, all the red wine that I had with my dinner is helping. I think I literally just stared at my computer screen for 5 minutes thinking about Chester and how happy I am to be from there. Just got back from my friend's birthday dinner at Edo's Squid. I always drag my feet when I have to spend a lot of money on food, can't take any of the leftovers to work the next day, and I really don't want anything fancy. I was feeling weird about work for awhile, I'm pretty sure most of us get that way from time to time. It's only sane to feel this way when so many things are ambiguous and left in the air. After a little bit of clarity provided from our off site retreat, I feel a little better about things.

When things get weird in one area of my life, the rest tends to follow. I hate feeling so apathetic but the train is coming as I lay down on the tracks and I don't know how to stop it.
