I found a video that asks the makers of some of the best title sequences E-VAR about their process. I gotta say, the title/credits sequence for Blue Valentine was the only good thing about that film... Anyway, this video gave me the following reaction:

Since no one is here today and no clients seem interested in bugging me, I made some generic, unbranded template backgrounds for Powerpoint. The cunning plan is to offer these backgrounds to clients through my (eventual) website for a low download fee.
