Have you considered turning a fic into a book? I won’t mention that terribly written BDSM series that ended up turned into movies, but other folks have done it. Some just change the names and the backgrounds a bit, while others change big things, but keep the overall bones.

Just something to think about. Either way, you’re still my go-to for Reid Prentiss fic, so I hope you never stop writing them.

I've thought about reworking a fic into something else, but it stills feels like it's not wholly my own story.

I will keep writing the CM stuff as long as the inspiration strikes me. This post was mostly about what else I could do.
