It is amazing how a little comfort food you love, some coffee and some water can make everything seem a little more doable.

It's not my fault that the Brits have ruined peanut butter for you. I've tasted it over there, and I share your aversion to it. I'm pretty sure that livestock feed is more appetizing... but American PB is just fine ;)

I really have to get better at feeding myself when working under a deadline. I get all tunnel-visioned and forget to do it at all.
