I just found out the Melvins have cancelled all of their shows for the rest of the year, and that really sucks. I went from thinking I would not get to see them to knowing I would be able to see them 3 times in a week to not being able to see them again. No. I don't think I'm done forever, but that last one really did feel like a brush with death. I expected to feel detox symptoms, but that was...that was just different. I couldn't even hold my head up on my own.

Played a show, on Sunday, in Utrecht. That was pretty neat. It's not so often you get to play with other sludge/doom bands and for a crowd that actually wants to hear the sort of music you want to play.
