Last week I got a message from my ISP wanting to know when they could come and swap out my modem. Mine was rather old and they wanted to give me a newer one which would let me download faster. I called them back, got a recording, and left a message. After that I didn't think about it until Tuesday afternoon when I suddenly had no internet

I'm so behind on everything I'm just now responding. Better late than never I suppose. Casper can hear just fine although he pretends he can't hear me at times. *g
