In which Twiggy knows what she wants.

Why is it that whenever a birthday or Christmas rolls around, family and friends will ask me, "What do you want? :D" and I gape at them stupidly and say, "Um... Iunno. I have everything I want already. :x ( Read more... )

OH GOD TWIGGY BATMAN AND BATMAN BEYONDDDD!!111 I have watched both all the way through, obviously, but yeah omg I youtubed them recently ahahahha... I wonder if there are torrents :/ I can't spend that much on cartoons D: D: D:

Terry is in DCU well, there's this one side story thinger, about his relationship with Bruce. But ajsdakl SPOILERS BEWARE okay.

I agree on the Spidey front, but it was more like I knew his universe more, but still preferred Bruce's characterisation and villians more, I mean hello Arkham, home of the creepiest Gotham's got. Wow. *_*

Ahh ahhh there apparently is a Superman animated series, but that was never really televised here so I only watched the ep where he impersonates Batman recently and ajksdhLKSNDLADALSD it was SO FREAKING AMAZING AHHHHHH Twiggy Twiggy you have to see it!!1

...I can't remember if I had a point or wanted to say anything, but aksdjlkajs DCILUBT

YESSSSSSS. WELL, SINCE I HAVE JUST BEEN NOTIFIED OF A MUCH CHEAPER OPTION AT BEST BUY, I WILL PROBABLY POUNCE ON THAT INSTEAD 8DDDD

Yeah, I heard off of the hardxcore wikipedia-reading I did. XD" I KINDA EXPECTED IT, REALLY. But like, having Terry in MORE than just a side story would be sweet~~~

*NODS* IAWTC. Spidey's life seems so much more SIMPLE compared with Batman. D: Maybe I'm ignorant of any other seriously different versions, but no matter how you slice it, Peter Parker gets bitten by radioactive spider, starts climbing walls and fighting crime, the end. But Batman already has like 3.4 Robins for a new fan to sort out, so IT IS KINDA COMPLICATED IMO. D:

WHAT. WHATTTT. WHATTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT.

I'm with you in starting out as a Spiderman fan. I rarely watched Batman, but I used to try to catch Spiderman when I could. And even now I remember those episodes a lot better than I do the handful of Batman:TAS ones I saw. I can't really help you out on where to buy them, but have you tried eBay yet? And while torrents might be hard to come by (though you can always try), there's an extension for Firefox as well as another site that you can download videos from sites like Youtube or Dailymotion with (don't have it handy now, but it's bookmarked on my computer and I can give it to you later if you want it). And try searching LimeWire and eMule as well.

I watched both like a holy Saturday morning cartoon bible whenever they were on, I think. But I can still feel like I could rewatch quite a number of Spiderman episodes and say, "Oh, I've seen this 34982 times before!" whereas most of Batman would feel like something entirely new.

Thanks for the tips~! I'd download some of them, but thanks a lot to your generous comic uploads, my harddrive already needs to have a ton of stuff burned off of it! Alas, alas. But I think I already know of quite a few places I could probably find the DVDs, so all should be well and good. ♥
