Ugh yes it's amazing! And it's such an empowering feeling knowing that I own this fridge and nobody can take that away from me (except really desperate thieves I guess...)

And there are so many other upsides like being able to dance around like a loon and not be judged or waking up at 3am and deciding that that's when the day will start and turning on all the lights and cooking obnoxiously loud bacon. And, well, everything really!

Ehehe it feels goooood to get these icons out of the system - some of them have surpassed their first birthday waiting in storage!

Did I mention I also own my own microwave and you can microwave bacon so it's all perfect and cooked in only a minute? Well... that!
The joys of moving out are limitless!! Your life is what YOU make it and nobody can stop you! And you get so much more of an appreciation of how the world really functions, financially etc and all that. when I compare my life to a year ago when I was doing the course and living with parents there really is no comparison.

Hehe thankyou, although I made a bit of a fuss over it a while ago I don't think they'll be the last icons you see from me. You're just going to get a LOT more photos/textures is all. One a day to be precise :P

Being 24 and a half has made me so much more aware of aging, it's good to know there are people who still look ~fabulous~ no matter what their age :p

I really really love the crispness and colors of G. So good.

haha yeah, I mean I'm still just at 21 but when I got there it was like "oooooh great... well now I've just got lots of downhill to look forward to" but I this post proves that that doesn't have to be the case!

Also thankyou for commenting and saying so btw, I was worried that I was going to come off looking massively shallow and ageist so it's good to know at least one other person got it :P

Haha no I got it loud and clear! Yeah I personally am one of those "look way younger than I am" people, so the "omg I'm old" thing might have come a little later than usual.

I'm good! I don't comment as much these days cause I'm not really watching anything, but I'm still around, reading. (Actually, trying to figure out how I'm going to break The LJ Thing to this guy I'm into. Because I've done such a good job until now of making him think I'm ~cool~, and the whole fandom thing is gonna come out of nowhere...)

My icon muse has been utterly dead though. Which is a pity, because I finally found hq caps from True Grit and all winter I was wanting to make icons, but now... pbbt. Just gotta work through it I suppose.

Also, g and l are amazing. You don't see many great 'dark' icons around and that LotS icon is dark and so stunning.

New apps are so much fun. I've been downloading a ton as well. This is my favorite game. I'm a bit of a puzzle nerd.
