i miss my poppa.

i've lost 23 pounds and still aim to lose more.

So, I'm driving down rt 62 and I scream, brake and miss a dog. Russ, Mike and Craig are all watching the dog cross the busy road for me to make sure it didn't get hit by the large semi coming in the other lane of traffic and I'm driving further down the road. I have a problem; I'm doing math.

Nothing is stable.
All of the places I use to go for help are falling apart- or gone.
Well, maybe not ALL, but the ones I prefer are.
It's sort of like swimming under water and wanting to come up for a new breath of air but someone put a lid on the swimming pool.
I'm suffocating.

My dad was my world, my secure place, my escape...

I'll never be quite the same.
