I don't know why I never really realized that this was the sort of thing that would ripple outward, but it's been very cool to watch it happen, especially when it brings happiness to my friends and family.

Thank you! I'm so happy to see Mom feeling good about herself, and I'm really proud of her for getting rid of an old habit that made her unhappy and replacing it with a new one that brings her satisfaction. It's not easy to change, but the rewards are worth it. :-)
