~grins~ I had expected the outcome to change, but I had to laugh when the Empress came up, because it's just so on the nose in terms of where I am these days. I'm quite pleased with it, particularly the connection to nurturing and creation, two things I prize very highly.
I'm so proud of my mother! I know it's hard to change ingrained habits, and it's even harder to look inward and address the root of the issue, so that she's done both and managed to create a new habit that brings her happiness and self-confidence... it's a beautiful thing. :-)
that's sweet about your mum. and i will share with you that when i bought my cute boots the other day, i was thinking about you and your peacock self. :D
Yay for peacock mum! I already knew how awsome she is, remembering what you wrote about her graduating and all, but this is just another kind of awesome. :D
It is, isn't it? I'm so pleased and happy for her. :D
Her going back to school and graduating was a huge step for her, and I'm continually awed by the way she challenges herself. She's an inspiration for me!
