Sugar frosted cereals? The fact that we actually enjoyed getting up in the morning and :gasp: going to SCHOOL?!

I think I enjoyed going to school because there were boys there ::grins::

LOL, I wasn't allowed to have frosted cereals until I was a teenager, actually. Instead, I ate things like pickles for breakfast (really!). Breakfast was a total battle growing up, and now, as an adult, I can't miss it.

Even in elementary school, I wasn't thrilled about getting up. I looked forward to art and music class, and the boys ignored me. Ah, awkward childhood!

Ahh yes. Awkward childhood. The boys ignored me too.. but I was hooked on one for about 3yrs ::fluttery sigh:: Gah.. I grew up being a stalker. And I've always been awkward. Very awkward in middle school, junior high, high school, and just after graduation.

I didn't get into the whole sugary things until we lived in the States and EVERYONE else was eating them ::shakes head::

Mmm.. usual breakfast- coffee and slimfast. Buuttt... if I feel like splurging- Mum makesme an I'll make my own Egg McMuffin with canadian bacon, over hard egg, and pepperjack cheese. Though, sometimes my dad "cooks" and heats up sausage and toast ::laughs:: The other day he "made breakfast" for me... cereal. So proud.

My mom was an old hippie--bent on raising sugar free, violence free kids. Rarely got candy, and I wasn't allowed to have action figures, no even She-ra because she was, apparetly, violent.

Homemade egg McMuffins kick ass, I'll have to try it with the pepperjack! I eat a lot of bagels myself, generally with avocado, lemon, and olive oil. And lots and lots of breakfast burritoes...currently obsessed with chorizo and egg. :-P

How did you? The good thing about being a precher's son is, I think I was given my first cup of coffee at age 3.

Haha, you've got me beat there by quite a bit! I didn't start drinking coffee until I was about 11 or so.

Thanks to your post . . . I remembered the pot of coffee I had started 1/2 an hour ago, but had forgotten I had brewed.

*sips*
