She hadn't even realized that she'd been afraid he might not recognize her; if there was one Not-Roxas, there could be more. And after what happened that night... well, she hadn't thought the worst, exactly. She hadn't let herself, and somewhere in the part of her mind that was still foolishly trusting, she hadn't been able to help but feel almost like it couldn't be the worst. He - or, she had to remind herself, Roxas Roxas - had lost to Riku, but... he was no pushover. Still, it was nice to know that this was her - or, erm, the one that she'd been talking to - Not-Roxas.]

I'm okay. Axel was better at fighting those things than I was. [And he wasn't sure he liked that. He didn't want to rely on Axel for everything, but if the things came back and he was stuck outside, he might not have much of a choice. They hadn't seem to like fire, at any rate.]
