I am considering putting Mystique up for adoption. I find that I really regret not having time for my other character, but not this one, which means that it's time to quit playing her half-assedly.

Why. Why the hell did he kill Pryde? Yeah, she was Xavier's. But she was still in a way one of us. And...I can't think of any *reason* he had to kill her. Killing when you have to, I understand. Mystique has the door to her room open so she can hear the activity in the hall. She has her back to the wall away from the door and window. Her laptop is on her lap, and she's typing rapidly. She seems to have most of her attention on the screen, but appearances deceive.

Mystique opens her door and looks around to be sure no one is in the hall before coming out. She has an erasable note board in her hand, and she affixes it and its pen to her door.
