As I go into the night
I think of what it might be like
to have you here in my life
away from pain away from fight
enough to enjoy this tasty coors light
with you in my life
my eyes can make it thru all the fights
as i go to the deep sleep in the night
i watch the stars as they glow
little do they know
what is it that they hold
is it truth is it what we think is it fate
will we see the destination that we are to travel
i travel by sea i travel by feet
i sit on my knees and sip from the sea
it creeps up to me
I watch the skys way high above
i think of the ways it could be if only our dreams could collide
the power the sight the might the beauty the light
what is it about that light
why is it so bright in such a small little space but up close it would blind us.
