Crepes:

I finally got around to making some crepes. They tasted prefect but the texture was off. They were very rubbery. I was pretty disappointed, especially after I took the time to dice up strawberries and make whipped cream. They were still edible, and we did eat them all, but we didn't enjoy them as much as we had hoped. I will be trying again

Good luck! I think you'd kick ass at the OVA. I've dealt with some of their folks in DC and most are really dedicated, which is nice when you're used to dealing with government folks that basically don't care because they'll never be fired.
